L&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e s&rsquo;est tenue \u00e0 Neuhausen am Rheinfall, tandis que tous les autres points du programme ont eu lieu dans la ville de Schaffhouse. Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement qui a largement d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le cadre d&rsquo;une simple obligation formelle. Par ses d\u00e9cisions et ses retours, l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e a soutenu l&rsquo;orientation du Comit\u00e9 central \u2013 vers une f\u00e9d\u00e9ration active, forte, pr\u00e9sente et efficace, qui rel\u00e8ve avec courage les d\u00e9fis actuels.   <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e a approuv\u00e9 tous les points \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour et les propositions soumises par le comit\u00e9 \u2013 un signal fort de confiance et d&rsquo;orientation commune. \u00c0 souligner particuli\u00e8rement: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nomination de Z\u00e4lli Beeler et Hannes Zaugg-Graf comme membres d&rsquo;honneur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approbation du rapport annuel 2024, y compris les comptes annuels et le rapport de r\u00e9vision <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmentation des cotisations des membres d\u00e8s 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9lection de Katrin Janser au dicast\u00e8re des finances et d\u00e9part salu\u00e9 d&rsquo;Alfonso Moser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choix de la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;accueil 2027 &#8211; nous nous r\u00e9jouissons de la r\u00e9gion RZV!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1f04unsKPc1yX7Hn_dckr7RrNF_sgRLA_\/preview\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" allowfullscreen=\"\">\n<\/iframe>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Information sur la nouvelle orientation des cours de formation<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pas de d\u00e9cision, mais un aper\u00e7u d\u00e9terminant : le Comit\u00e9 central a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e le projet de r\u00e9organisation des cours et de la formation d\u00e8s 2026 \u2013 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec Gesamtschule f\u00fcr Theater Grenchen (GTG). L&rsquo;objectif est de proposer une offre structur\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux comprenant des cours de base, de perfectionnement et des cours compl\u00e9mentaires, ainsi que des cours sur site, dans lesquels les associations r\u00e9gionales continueront \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le essentiel. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moments d&rsquo;\u00e9motion : hommages et d\u00e9parts<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;hommage rendu aux amis disparus fut empreint d&rsquo;\u00e9motion &#8211; en particulier pour Z\u00e4lli Beeler et Hannes Zaugg-Graf. L&rsquo;engagement de longue date de chacun d&rsquo;entre eux a \u00e9t\u00e9 salu\u00e9 avec une profonde gratitude et un recueillement partag\u00e9. Le d\u00e9part d&rsquo;Alfonso Moser du Comit\u00e9 central a \u00e9galement constitu\u00e9 un moment particulier. Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es en tant que caissier, il a transmis sa fonction \u00e0 Katrin Janser. L&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e l&rsquo;a remerci\u00e9 par de chaleureux applaudissements pour son engagement, sa vision d&rsquo;avenir et ses id\u00e9es novatrices qui ont durablement marqu\u00e9 la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie des v\u00e9t\u00e9rans, notre f\u00e9d\u00e9ration rend hommage aux personnes qui se sont engag\u00e9es pendant plus de 30 ans dans le th\u00e9\u00e2tre populaire. Ceci dans le cadre d&rsquo;une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie solennelle avec des interm\u00e8des musicaux et des messages personnalis\u00e9s. Un moment qui donne la chair de poule \u2013 notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9loge prononc\u00e9 par Katrin Janser et aux m\u00e9lodies des yodleurs Rhyfall.   <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volkstheater.ch\/fr\/veterans\/\">Plus d&rsquo;informations sur les v\u00e9t\u00e9rans sont disponibles ici.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Famille du th\u00e9\u00e2tre, \u00e9changes &amp; ambiance festive<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e, place \u00e0 la f\u00eate : discussions, rires et souvenirs ont fus\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;ap\u00e9ro, le repas du soir et la soir\u00e9e r\u00e9cr\u00e9ative \u2013 les festivit\u00e9s se sont m\u00eame prolong\u00e9es lors de la f\u00eate du Lindli. Pour beaucoup, ce fut des retrouvailles, pour d&rsquo;autres une premi\u00e8re rencontre \u2013 pour tous, un v\u00e9ritable moment de partage. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un grand merci aux h\u00f4tes<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un grand merci \u00e0 l&rsquo;Association r\u00e9gionale \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vov.volkstheater.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Verband Ostschweizer Volkstheater<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, en particulier \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9sidente Daniela Kiser et son mari Chrigl. Le Theater Hallau, le Theater Wilchingen, le Theater 88 (Ramsen) et bien d&rsquo;autres ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire de cette journ\u00e9e un souvenir m\u00e9morable. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 venir &#8211; 30\/31.5.2026 \u00e0 Olten<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les retours sur l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 francs, sinc\u00e8res \u2013 et encourageants. En tant que comit\u00e9, nous en tirons de nombreux enseignements pour notre travail.
